Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information KosherX ("we", "us") collects when you visit kosherxmp3.com, place an order or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect very little, and we keep this policy short.

1. Information we collect

Order information. When you place an order, you give us your name, email address and shipping address (we currently ship only within the United States), along with the apps you selected for your device and any extra app slots you bought. Once your order ships, we also keep its tracking number and delivery status.
Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your full card number never passes through, or is stored on, our website or servers. We receive confirmation that the payment went through, and the amount.
Messages you send us. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, subject and message.
Basic technical and visit data. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services we use may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Through Cloudflare Web Analytics we also see aggregate visit information, such as which pages are viewed, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate country.

2. How we use your information

To process and fulfill your order, including setting up the device with your app selections and shipping it to you.
To calculate shipping and, where required, sales tax.
To send you automatic emails about your order (an order confirmation, a shipping update when your package is on its way, and a notice when it is delivered), and to reply to your questions and requests.
To understand how many people visit the site and which pages they use, so we can improve it.
To keep our records, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the store, and only what they need to do their job:

Stripe processes payments and checkout. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the information it collects: stripe.com/privacy.
Cloudflare hosts our website, stores our order records in its database, and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we use to measure traffic to the site: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Web3Forms delivers messages sent through our contact form to our inbox: web3forms.com/privacy.
Google Fonts supplies the fonts our pages use. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers, so Google may receive your IP address: policies.google.com/privacy.
Resend sends our automatic order emails. It receives your name, your email address and the order details included in each message: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Delivery carriers receive the name and shipping address needed to deliver your order. For USPS shipments we also check delivery status through the USPS tracking service, which receives only your package's tracking number: USPS privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising cookies or ad trackers. To measure traffic we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that, as Cloudflare describes it, does not use cookies or similar browser storage to collect its data and does not track you across other websites.

Our Build page saves one small item in your browser's local storage to remember that you have already seen a helpful tip. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Stripe's checkout page and the other services listed above may use cookies or similar technologies of their own, as described in their policies.

5. How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as we need to respond and keep our records.

6. Security

Our website is served over HTTPS. Order records are stored in a database that can only be viewed through a password-protected administration page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to keep some information for legal or accounting reasons. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional privacy rights under local law. Contact us to use them.

8. Children

Our website and the ordering process are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
